My immigration situation had been deemed a lost cause for the past 12 years based on the advice of two immigration attorneys working independently of each other. Out of desperation I reached out to attorney Dana Bucin who reviewed what had been determined to be a hopeless case and she in turn countered everything that I had been previously advised. I hired Dana for an O visa. I had never applied for a visa like this before she took me through all the steps. She is very busy but had a dedicated team to respond to my many queries at all times - including holidays and weekends. She didn't rush me and went through all the documents I submitted carefully and crafted a very thorough petition. Most importantly, she put in clauses that made my life much easier after getting my approval. She thinks many steps ahead and her aim is not to just basic approval but ensure your case shines - she doesn't leave the immigration officer any choice! Unlike other lawyers she doesn't do a copy paste job and actually works for you and your unique case. I was very comfortable and knew i was in good, safe hands.
