If I could give them a 10 stars I would. Ashley B Kocian & Staff have gone way above and beyond! My expectations from the time I called after my car accident, everyone has been extremely professional, yet personable at the same time. This has been a very hard time for me and they always called and checked on me to see how things were going… I could NOT have found a better Attorney & I am so beyond grateful for everything she has done for me, I can not recommend Enough! I wanted to share my recent experience with this company. After being offered a position and subsequently turning down other job offers to accept theirs, they conducted a background check which came back clean. However, due to false information in news articles, they informed me that they no longer wished to proceed with my employment. Despite the company offering second chances to individuals with backgrounds to be pardoned, my clean record did not seem to make a difference. I wrote an email requesting reconsideration, emphasizing my commitment to personal growth and improvement. Unfortunately, their response was to encourage me to continue my job search elsewhere. While I understand their position, I find the handling of the situation to be quite unfair. Nonetheless, I wish the company the best and felt it was important to share my experience.

Very caring in their approach and effective communication always carried through the case. Maintained effective engagement keeping me abreast to updates and changes all the time. Thank you Kocian Law!

Attorney Kimberly Sudnick was my Attorney and did an excellent job. She was accessible throughout the course of the settlement process and would always return my calls promptly and also respond right away to my emails. I especially appreciated that she took the time to answer my questions and clarified terminology I wasn't familiar with. Her patience was so appreciated as I was still recovering from serious injuries and high emotional stress while in the middle of the settlement process. She took time with me and also provided me with access to her assistant giving me email addresses and phone numbers to reach her or her assistant with any questions or needs. I greatly appreciated her diligence and her assistant's promptness throughout the process!!! She went above and beyond the expected response, I am so grateful as I have felt so overwhelmed and couldn't deal with any more stress than I felt already. So grateful for her diligence!!!
