The Walsh Woodard LLC law firm, consistently exceeded our expectations. We had already received a high recommendation for them, from another law firm with its own excellent reputation. From our first meeting, which was with a Senior Partner, Attorney Michael Walsh and with Attorney Karolina A. Dowd, we were treated with genuine understanding and a sensitive handling of our plight. The entire team worked diligently to research, investigate and document our claim. They employed national experts in the relative fields to our circumstances. Michael and Karolina, through countless meetings on our behalf, individually with us, together with opposing representation, and with their council alone, refused all unacceptable offers. This insistence on an adequate settlement in multiple meetings with the defensive’s insurance companies and council spoke of their experience in this area. Even in the last such meeting, Mike repeatedly went back into a separate room with the insurance companies. Even after negotiation and payment of all expenses we received a prompt payment. Perhaps the thing that impressed me most about both Linc at Walsh Woodard was nothing was "sugar coated". He was very straight forward and told me what to expect each step of the way. Going thru the accident case from start to finish, Linc kept me informed of each step and what the options were and what the risks were. There were no empty promises made just to keep me the client happy which I know sometimes occurs when seeking counsel. Since this was the first time going through a mediation, I had many questions. When calling the office, Linc took the calls throughout the process. I would highly recommend Linc.
