I highly recommend this firm. I sustained an injury in a fall and was represented by John J. Houlihan, Jr. I found him to be a compassionate, efficient, and highly effective attorney. All the more impressive was the careful attention I received even though my case was, as injuries go, a relatively small one. I received a fair settlement, excellent counsel, regular communication, and punctual responsiveness from my Attorney and his paralegal staff. When you are injured, you want to feel that you are in good hands. With my attorney, I never had any doubts. I hope I never need him again, but if I do, I am glad he will be there for me.

I never write reviews but I just had to this time. I was extremely happy with the support, guidance and professionalism shown by Attorney John Houlihan and the staff at Riscassi & Davis. Never had I ever experienced a litigation claim before and I had no idea what to expect. Even through I was the victim; the other insurance company treated me terrible. Their only interest was to cover as little as possible which would have left me with medical bills. Attorney Houlihan educated me and kept me informed so that I felt comfortable with the procedure. From the deposition and through all of the court appearances; I was very glad to have them working for me.

I have tremendous respect and gratitude for the firm of RisCassi & Davis. After a hit-and-run crash on a major highway left me with personal injuries and a totaled, brand-new vehicle, I needed legal advice.
