I worked with Attorney Alan at Dresslor’s office. He was very easy and pleasant to work with. I never felt like I needed to constantly call for an update. Frank was also very professional and great with checking in and giving updates. Overall, great experience!

I agree with the posts that describe him a unprofessional. He is not empathetic and has not shown any urgency with my family member's case. Everytime this family member speaks with him, she ends crying up more stressed.
