I could not have asked for a better attorney. Blake A. Driscolli was diligent, knowledgeable, and had constant open communication with me every step of the way. His paralegal Brandee was on top of everything and even responded on weekends when I had a random question. Overall, I am greatly satisfied with the resolution of my case and will happily reach out to Blake in the future if I ever am in need of any legal advice.

My car was struck by a careless drunk driver and I was injured. I knew I was in need of an attorney to represent me, however I did not know where to begin my search- I never had been involved in something like this before. I called most of the attorneys who advertise on busses and billboards but was off put by their generic approach over the phone. Like yourself, I did my due diligence, looking to review sites. I was moved by the consensus that Ken had and decided to phone him. His attention to detail and overall attitude were clear- certainly different than the other guys. I decided to go with him and now, in hindsight, I can confirm that I made the right decision. In short, he was transparent and kept me updated regularly. One thing that I will never forget is reading the deposition of the driver who caused my injuries. They were evasive and tried to downplay their carelessness and overall responsibility. Atty. Ken started out alright but later down the line seemed impatient, stubborn and became increasingly frustrated when handling my lawsuit. He told me he'd fight for me but lacked confidence. Didn't pursue the defendants vehicle to inspect the damages and forgot about paperwork we already went over. I received my settlement but less then what i should have received.
