I hired RisCassi & Davis for a personal injury case. I was hit head on by someone making a wrong turn. My car was totaled, I broke a collarbone and my neck. It took about two years to get to the end, but it was worth the wait. I highly recommend this firm! the waiting The staff

The only positive that came out of our serious accident was that we were referred to attorney john Houlihan and were represented by his firm. He guided us through the process and aggressively defended our interests. He is experienced and professional, and yet brings a very personal touch to how he represented us. RisCassi & Davis is a personal injury law firm in Hartford Connecticut that I have used and highly recommend them. I worked with Attorney Patrick Kennedy who was very thorough, competent and always had my best interest in mind. He always kept me very informed and was available to answer any of my questions or concerns about my case. What I liked most about Patrick was his professionalism and calm demeanor. He was always well prepared for all scheduled meetings and had a strong sense of organization and knowledge regarding personal injury law. John and the girls in the office(Joann and Heidi) were GREAT to deal with! They are well versed and very competent. They went out of their way to answer ALL of my questions(even the dumb ones). They make you feel like long lost friends or family. They took care of EVERYTHING. All I had to worry about was healing. And to add to the positives of dealing with them, John was able to get a settlement larger and more quickly than I thought was possible.

This is the best firm to go to. They will fight for your rights to be compensated. I have a loved one that used them. They treat you like you are one of their own family members. I highly recommend them. To be honest I wouldn't use any other firm.

Besides being a top notch lawyer, he is truly a very good person and is interested in what’s best for his clients. What a great law firm to work with! They were tireless in their effort to get us the largest settlement they could, even when an eroding limits policy made their own return, less. Why has working with this firm been tremendous? For instance, right now it is Sunday night and I just checked my email. Our lawyer leaves for vacation in two days, and yet I am copied on an email he has just sent to remind us that the clock is ticking. It is Sunday night, 7:23 PM. We worked with Attorneys Michael Jainchill and Brendan Faulkner. For me, this was not just about monetary compensation. I wanted a message to be sent to the manufacturer of the machine that caused my injury. It was clear that through thoughtful design changes, no one else would have to endure the senseless injury that I had experienced. My job? Be yourself and tell the truth! They were working with us through the most difficult challenge of our life and we still have, with them, a lasting sense of mutual respect and admiration. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The lawyer I had did absolutely nothing to help my case he never put any time into researching the car accident I was in that he defended me in. It took about 4 years for it to finally went to court. I wasn't allowed to tell even half of the truth about what happened in my accident. I was told I couldn't bring up the fact that the lady who hit me took off and when the truck that did hit me finally showed back up it was a totally different woman that came back driving the truck. They never went to the bank to ask for footage from the ATM'S to prove the truck wasn't there like she said she was . The worst lawyer in the world is attorney David Cooney!!!! He didn't do anything to help my case and when it came time for court he made me look like a total idiot on the stand. He never abjected to any of the questions that he should have. I was very unhappy with all of his services or lack there of them!!!!! I would never ever tell anyone to go to them !!!! Absolutely devistating time. He walked away with more money then I did. What I did get didn't leave me with any money to continue to try to have my shoulder and arm injury fixed.
