Just now settling my workers comp claim in the proper jurisdiction, because this guy files the claim in the wrong jurisdiction and then let's the adjustor delay every benefit until I'm coerced to take out a personal loan and go back to work with untreated injuries so this lawyer can hustle a quick settlement. Thank God for attorney Dave Morrissey and his associates for fixing the mess I was left on, unpaid bills in collections, unpaid lost wages and delayed medical approvals all for a quick settlement. Everyone said I should never have went back to work in my condition.
