If I only could have given ZERO... Attorney Brown is the most unprofessional, rarely returns phone calls, yells at clients, making you feel guilty, offends instead of defend! Showing his attitude and making you feel that your case is not that important as there are not many injuries. Getting frustrated and starts to yell if you ask more questions than he is willing to answer. He overlooked or forgot about one medical bill that he made a solo decision and asked to forward to Trantolo&Trantolo instead of sending it to us. By that time insurance could’ve covered that expense now it is an out-of-pocket expense. DO NOT HIRE Attorney Brown! Stay as far as possible from that person! I sent a letter to the Partners and their Director of Communications - will see what the answer be. Hope they really care about people not just their commission.

Attorney Namnoum was a bulldog! He went over things to make sure I understood and he was amazing! Attorney Ken Namnoum took my case to court because the other driver tried to blame the accident on me. When the other driver testified, attorney Namnoum really crushed him. ! He showed skill in court. I definitely had the right lawyer.

One of the lawyers that works there, Lou is a lazy lawyer he want you to do most of his job but still wants 1/3 and more of your settlement. He will hardly ever contact you or get back to you.I've sent in paperwork to get bills paid only to find out MANY months later that I have to pay them putting me into collection and ruining my credit. Stay away from him or you will lose out BIG time.
