The worst Law Firm ever!!! Messed up my whole case. Had to hire another law firm to get me a better outcome.

Attorney Carter was very thorough in the consultation and all throughout the bankruptcy process, which was able to conclude in the manner that I needed it too. His paralegal!Aimee was also very helpful. Would highly recommend him

Attorney William E. Carter and his associate Aimee were very helpful, very considerate and did a wonderful job helping us through a very hard time. They walked us through any questions we had and helped us to get a new start on life. Life brings many ups and downs sometimes more downs then ups, things like loss of employement and things you have no control of... don't be afraid to ask them for help, you will be very happy you did!

I owned my own small business and never even considered filing bankruptcy until I was a victim of internal employee sabotage and was forced to close my business. I was struggling to put my life back together and was drowning in personal and business debt because I had lost my income. I had a free consultation with Attorney Carter who spent almost 2 hours with me discussing all my options. He was kind, compassionate and totally non-judgmental about my situation. He made me realize that what had happened to me was not my fault and that I could recover and get a fresh financial start. He handled my case personally and was knowledgable and helpful throughout the whole process. I found him to be honest and didn't try to charge extra than what was agreed on at the consultation. Hired him last year for a bankruptcy case. Getting hold of him was a chore. Left phone calls messages for him to call back and email for updates; but will not hear from him for days or not hear from him at all.

Couldn't get in touch with him for at least two weeks and when I did his answers were vague and nothing in my case had moved along. I had to ask him at least 10 times what the process was and the next step that we should take. I stopped by the office to have my questions answered clearly and the secretary for the office said that he had moved. He didn't even let me know that he decided to work from a different location.
