I worked with Kelly and her team through my recent divorce. Kelly was a recommendation from a family lawyer and she willingly took my case knowing that court would be outside of her travel area. From the very start her team was very responsive, responding to any questions I had quickly, and explained the process to me every step of the way. Excellent law firm! Attorney Atkinson and her staff are the best. Paralegal LeAnn was super helpful and patient throughout the entire process. Our closing was postponed ten days due to some glitches on the part of the buyer of our home in Delaware. This caused my wife and I a great deal of anxiety and frustration. Le Ann was so helpful during this time, and Attorney Atkinson handling the closing quickly and painlessly once we were ready. Kelly charge huge bills. She only support Dad’s. She don’t hesitate to lie in court. Makes every effort to separate Mom and baby. Highly misuse her power to get the result that she want. Holds grudge if you stop her payments and ruins you completely.

Critical details were overlooked, and I was left to deal with the aftermath. This lack of attention to detail and professional knowledge had a direct impact on my financial situation, which is completely unacceptable when dealing with such a significant investment. Communication with Atkinson Law and Mediation was a constant struggle. Attempts to reach them for updates or clarification on important matters were met with prolonged periods of silence. Emails and phone calls went unanswered, leaving me in the dark and feeling neglected during a time that demanded clear and consistent communication. The frustration reached its peak when it became evident that Atkinson Law and Mediation was not just unresponsive but also unprepared. It was as if they were navigating the complexities of real estate law for the first time, stumbling through the process with no regard for the consequences. Attorney Therrien and her team jumped into handling my case with only a few weeks notice to a hearing that was scheduled. They were all extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful.
