I hired Michael the day after I was arrested and he instantly made me feel better about the whole situation. He made a plan, told me exactly what I needed to do and executed everything flawlessly. Now, a year later, everything is getting erased from my record because of Michael’s hard work and the program I completed that he was able to get me into. If you are facing DUI charges, seriously look no further than Michael. Not to be dramatic, but he was a beacon of light in the darkest part of my life.

Michael Boynton represented me in my Dwi case and I had felony charges along with it which I could’ve lost my opportunity to work in the medical field, but I was let go by the grace of God and, Michael Boynton, and also the judge who handled my case. I walked away with two misdemeanors which I can expedite soon. He’s very good at what he does and I highly recommend him! We hired Charles to draft a One and The Same motion as part of applying for Italian citizenship. He was highly knowledgeable about this process and drafted and submitted the document quickly. The flow got derailed a bit by the court taking a long time to process our request, but Susan kept us apprised along the way and kept checking in with the court to see what was happening. Once we had our hearing with the court, it was so easy - Charles did all the talking and because of the good rapport he built with the judge, the whole thing took less than 15 minutes. The judge signed the order right away and we were able to get everything we needed. Highly recommend!!

Attorney Michael S. Boynton was hired to represent my Husband in a prior divorce case. After the divorce was finalized, it was discovered that Boynton never submitted the necessary paperwork, resulting in my Husband not receiving full ownership of the property. Boynton agreed to complete the paperwork to grant full ownership to my Husband, as well as add his current Wife to the Deed and Title. However, Boynton continuously tried to persuade my Husband against giving ownership to his Wife, despite his client's request. A year later, when we tried to refinance our home, we found out that I was never added to the current Title or Deed, and the paperwork was filed incorrectly, granting full ownership to my Husband and his ex-wife. We contacted Boynton again to rectify the situation. Boynton was contacted multiple times to resolve the issue regarding the ownership of the property listed under ex Wife. However, he claimed to have no knowledge of the whereabouts of the file and checked a website to find information about the property ownership. He stated that I had no ownership and proceeded to blame the website, the town clerks office, and his colleague, Maria, without taking any responsibility for his negligence. He admitted to not knowing how to fix the issue and became hostile and yelled when asked relevant questions. Boynton displayed unprofessional behavior and failed to fulfill his responsibilities three times. It is extremely disappointing to pay an attorney to secure ownership of a home only to discover years later that the previous owners still hold the rights. Based on this experience, it is not recommended to seek the services of Attorney Michael S. Boynton.

I would give 100 stars if there was an option to. Attorney Kurmay and his team were instrumental in facilitating a seamless process through probate. Attorney Kurmay was an absolute delight to work with. Not only is he dedicated and passionate about what he does, he provides a sense of humor that I truly appreciated. He was there to take care of me in the worst and darkest days of my life after tragically losing my father. He fought for me and made sure lines of communication were always open. I could not have made it through the daunting probate process without him. I cannot express my gratitude enough. I would wholeheartedly recommend Attorney Charles Kurmay and his team for any probate related representation. Thank you so much for the support!
