I was in an accident on I-91 in September 2018 with my 6 month old (at the time) daughter and my father who was a few weeks out of having major shoulder surgery. We were side swiped and run off the highway by another motorist and involved in a pretty serious accident. Most of the damage being sustained by myself and the whole drivers side of the car. The car was BRAND NEW (only 2 weeks old with under 1,000 miles) and was totaled. We were all transported to the hospital via ambulance with myself receiving the worst injuries to my hip and back. I required numerous doctors visits, 2 cortisone injections into my hip and the possibility of a future surgery to correct damage to the left hip. Immediately after the accident we contacted Carter Mario and were assigned Attorney Carla Minniefield. Carla reached out to me personally, and told me exactly what I needed to do (report any doctor's visits or problems) and said she would take care of myself and my daughter and all the rest. Throughout the process Carla has contacted me, answered any and all of my questions and concerns, and kept me in the loop the entire time. Every time we had to visit the office the whole Carter Mario team has welcomed us, engaged my daughter, remembered personal details we shared that they remembered we had previously talked about and been overall amazing. Carla did NOT have an easy battle with my case and received alot of haggling along the way, but I know for a fact how hard she fought for my daughter and I. How she went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. She knew what I deserved and she didn't settle for anything less. I cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us.
