I was involved in a traffic accident and the other driver run away, it happened at the worst time for me, as I transitioned to the new job and was not able to take time off work to care about private matters. I have heard about CM through TV commercials and otherwise had no experience. I contacted them and they immediately recommended the course of action, from contacting Insurance companies, to taking care of the car damage, rental car, setting up physical therapy and other necessary appointments, which I was able to schedule at late afternoons so I didn’t have to miss any work hours. My lawyer Joshua Susco and the other employees (Jennifer and Cyndrea) and everyone from the receptionist to the customer service were professional and very helpful. We did all transactions over the email or phone, so I only needed to visit the office twice, first time to start the process and next time to sign the documents and accept the settlement check. I recommend them highly; they have made my life easier at the time of great stress. Thank you.
