Pros
1
Exceptional service and results for workers' compensation cases
“Andrew has been working with me for 10 years and four surgeries now, I have no idea what I would have done without him and Bev. Workers comp has fought back every step even as far as not approving medications just hours after a surgery, within 5 minutes of speaking with Andy my prescriptions were approved.”
2
Caring and compassionate attorneys who prioritize client wellbeing
“Jill Rydzik represented me throughout those years. She went to numerous hearing. Nothing about my case was easy. Any time I reached out to her she always returned my calls. She was amazing throughout the many years she represented me. She was always kind, caring and compassionate.”
3
Commitment to pro bono work and supporting the community
“I had asked her if her firm could handle legal affairs prior to his deployment. Not only did she handle them she refused to charge him a dime. She thanked him for his service and told him that was the least she could do.”
Cons
1
Difficulty in reaching the attorney and poor communication
“I show up he is always buzzy I leave voice mails once a WK and he never returns my phone calls.its like once u sign the paperwork u no longer matter and u won't get any information on ur case until he's ready two months waiting to finalize my case and haven't hear nothing from him.”
2
Slow case progress and delays in resolving matters
“My workers compensation claim started in 2008 and came to a settlement in 2021. Nothing about my case was easy.”
