Robert and his team -Laura Ghetto and Stacie Fabian , were more than jus a legal team ! They went above and beyond by coming to my moms room to finalize documents to being available at any time to answer questions or calm fears during a very trying time. They were friendly objective and kind. There aren’t many professionals left that actually treat their clients as friendly as they have . I needed an attorney with elder law and estate planning to prepare multiple documents for a Trust, POA, will, etc. He fully explained all pros/cons with each segment, adjusted all documents as needed, made all necessary contacts with other involved people. He kept in constant contact and willingly made home visits to me as I am housebound. His caring and respect for me to meet my needs has been boundless and greatly appreciated as I face my future and declining health.

Atty. Scalise is a very thorough attorney. He did an excellent job in explaining all of the variables to our situation. Attorney Scalise prepared my Living Will, Will, Power of Attorney and Trust. Ge also filed for Title 19 for my mother who had a massive stroke and had to enter a nursing home for long term care. He and his staff were fabulous. They were compassionate and caring. Title 19 was granted within 6 weeks of application.

My husband and I met Attorney Scalise during the probate of my uncle's estate. We were so impressed with his integrity and knowledge that we hired him for our own estate planning. We saw additional evidence of his perceptive understanding of family dynamics and his ability to explain complex ideas in a simple way. I would hire him again "in a heartbeat!"

Attorney Robert Scalise has helped a number of my clients with complex estate planning and elder law issues. As a financial advisor, I appreciate his prompt and competent handling of my clients' legal needs. Clents understood what was needed, and how their documents addressed their legal needs. Their documents were received, reviewed, and executed in a timely manner. There was also followup to be sure changes to accounts or deeds had been completed.

Excellent in helping us to understand the details of the very difficult to understand State care programs for our Mother. Needing in home care 24/7, and not qualifying for aid, attorney Scalise helped us in finding a solution that now has most of her costs paid by the State.
