“Atty Marshall absolutely does not listen to both sides of an argument. Myself and another client of her's both had similar issues. She contacts one side of the party more than the other. She responds to voicemails days later.”

“Avoid! Stay far, far, away from this firm. Very questionable billing practices. Will charge you for the time it takes to make your invoice! Overbilling and double billing. If the phone call lasted 5 minutes, I was charged for 20 minutes. This happened often.”
