Attorney Lilburn was instrumental in getting Judge approval for for what seemed a very difficult divorce. But she presented a solid argument based on my health issues and preceded.

I recently retained Attorney Lilburn as counsel on a relocation case. Attorney Lilburn will fight with everything in her to help you win your case. She worked day and night, even weekends to make sure everything was set for my case. While I’m court she was very organized and aggressive while ensuring all of my demands were met. I questioned a few of her arguments but in the end realized that she knew what she was doing the whole time. John R. Williams is BRILLIANT, and has saved my life TWICE! Twenty years ago he helped me win a half-million dollar settlement against my employer in a discrimination lawsuit. With this life-changing result I was able to purchase a home and marry my wife. Recently he helped overturn an embarrassing and unwarranted arrest, removing it from my records completely. This allowed me to maintain my current employment and means of living. He is still to this day as razor-sharp as he ever was. He is the smartest person I have ever met, and I consider myself lucky to have been by his side in court and behind the scenes. The judge in the recent case called him "an all-time great," and made it very clear that I had received the most favorable possible outcome due to John's care.

I represented myself against this attorney for a very minor visitation revision and was shocked how she steered away from the legal topic just to throw in ad hominem personal attacks throughout the hearing and pre-trial. Her name-calling did not at all encourage me to be diplomatic at all and negotiate. The judge had nothing to do with it in her closing statement and sustained my objections. It also did not help that she prepared for the case - what appeared to be an hour in advance and could not even recall "the minor childrens'" names throughout the course of the hearing.
