Best attorney ever, not to mention his wife, father and father.. I highly recommend James Nugent as an attorney. I was involved in a car crash with a truck. The insurance company for the truck that hit me claimed it's driver did nothing wrong, and even claimed I was not injured. I was at a total loss. I was hurt, out of work, and frustrated. I hired Jim Nugent to represent me after I was bit by a vicious dog. My arm was like hamburger meat from the dog's teeth. I was referred to Jim Nugent by my attorney. My attorney told me he does not have any experience with dog bit cases, and said he knows an attorney who might be able to help me. Jim agreed to represent me. Jim stood by my side throughout the entire case. The dog owners made it so the case had to be tried. I was very impressed with Jim's trial preparation and I was blown-away by his talents in the courtroom. At the end of the trial, Jim stood up and said what the verdict should be. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount, and I was shocked when we were awarded the exact amount of money Jim asked for, to the penny! I was hesitate to bring the lawsuit at first. I have two dogs of my own. But the dog that bit me was vicious and the owners did not care what happened to me in the least. Jim found other instances where this same dog bit other people. I am honored and privileged to write a review for my lawyer Jim Nugent. I was referred to Jim Nugent by my real estate lawyer. I was in a very serious car accident. I was hit head-on by a young man who crossed the double yellow line. I was hurt, injured, hospitalized and my car was totaled. I was receiving medical bills that I did not know how I was going to pay. I was missing work due to my injuries. Before this car accident, I had only dealt with one lawyer in my life and that was when my husband and I bought a house. I called my real estate lawyer who told me he fully trusted Jim Nugent to handle my car accident case. My real estate lawyer told me he specializes in real estate and could not do as good a job as Jim Nugent would do. He told me he has referred many dozens of potential personal injury clients to Jim but that Jim only takes certain cases. He told me to call Jim directly and hope for the best that Jim would take my case. I followed his advice and contacted Jim Nugent. I was impressed with the immediate attention I received from Jim. I accepted his offer to get in his car and come to meet me. This was a huge help since I was still having difficulty getting around, and had no car of my own.
