Doug and Natalie are a great team. They worked really hard and long hours to get everything we needed for my pardon to be granted. They were not asking for a lot of money. Rachel was great at walking us through the steps and nuances of creating a special needs trust; explaining details and bits of the law a layperson wouldn't know. She worked with us to complete Wills for me and my spouse as well as the trust. Not every lawyer can honestly and reliably work a special needs trust and she was well versed in this area. Rachel was very responsive when we needed questions answered on short notice. Highly recomend! :)
