It was a pleasure and relief working with Allie. My goal was primarily to deal with as little of the insurance claim process as possible, and she and her team made it easy. They were all communicative and clear about options and possibilities, and privileged how I wanted to pursue the process. There was no sense that I was being pressured to pursue any particular direction for the claim. Most important, this allowed me to focus on healing my injuries and returning to life as normal. I never write reviews, but I feel compelled to write this one. I worked with Bruce who has to be one of the most helpful people I've ever worked with in any field. Due to my own lack of motivation, I waited until ~3 weeks before the 2-year filing deadline to file a suit. I spoke with another highly-regarded law firm who turned me away stating it would take about 6 months to get the ball rolling. Bruce, on the other hand, put in a huge effort to get things filed in time (even calling judges he knows on a Saturday after just meeting me!). I got my case filed and a near-max payout.
