I have known Ben for over 20 years and not only is he a terrific real estate atty but he is also a top flight zoning lawyer.
As a fellow real estate atty I also serve on my hometown’s zoning board. I have watched hundred of zoning presentations by local attorneys. Ben’s vast knowledge of
the zoning regulations and his professional manner put him among the best I have seen.

Ben helped us obtain Board of Zoning Exception for a duplex-to-triplex conversion. My real estate agent and permit consultant both cited him as the go-to lawyer in New Haven for this sort of work. He explained the work to be done thoroughly, and the entire process was carefree and straightforward. He was available daily by cell phone even while getting a root canal, and just as professional and pleasant as always. We promptly and successfully obtained our approvals. I am grateful for Ben's insight, expertise and professionalism.
