I found Daniel Hamad through online reviews. I contacted him (as well as a few other real estate lawyers) via phone. I was looking to get legal advice and assistance with a lease to own. He took the time to speak with me about this kind of documentation, various outcomes, and ways to increase the guarantee of transfer of ownership. His pricing was upfront and I appreciated his time to walk me through so many scenarios without the pressure of hiring.
