I honestly cannot say enough about Buckley Wynne and Parese. On January 16th of 2024, I had the unpleasant experience of being involved in a motor vehicle accident. I was hit head on by another driver who slid into my lane in a minor snow storm. Unfortunately there were injuries to both of us. I fractured my back in two places. After the initial shock and doctor visits, I contacted John Buckley. It was a Saturday and I'm sure he and his staff were trying to relax for the weekend, but someone answered immediately and John contacted me within minutes. Having never had a car accident before or even being injured like I was, I had no idea how to handle the situation. John instantly put me at ease by telling me everything would be handled promptly. Another few minutes after I spoke to John, Amanda from the office contacted me and after taking some information, started taking care of everything. The claim on my car was taken care of extremely quick and I don't believe I made one phone call to the other insurance company. Everything was handled by them throughout the entire ordeal. Such a relief. John took care of everything else while I was dealing with doctor upon doctor visits. He kept me informed of every detail that was going on and constantly was checking how I was feeling. The matter was resolved within a year. I can't thank John and his amazing staff enough for making an extremely unpleasant experience a little easier for me. Not only was I able to be represented by the best, I definitely feel that I gained a few new friends. I would not recommend this firm. The lawyers did not know the law in my case. They were extremely negligent, verbally abusive, and lied several times. Zingaro would offer me $100 bills to get me to do what he wanted, even when it wasn’t in my best interest. If I didn’t do what he said, he’d become belligerent and abusive. Cretella blatantly lied to me about the law several times. I would urge anyone to look at other firms before putting your case in this firm’s hands. Lastly, they have a very bad reputation and history of doing these sorts of things to other people as well. Please do your due diligence. There are plenty of good lawyers out there. There’s no reason to risk your case with a law firm such as this.

John Parese is an amazing attorney! He constantly checked in with me to make sure I was feeling better after my accident and gave me updates on where we were in the process. I never doubted that I was in good hands. Thank you John and also to your team! Two thumbs up!
