No le recomiendo esta firma de abogados a nadie,he tenido la peor experiencia cn ellos y retrasos en la informacion,quedaban en llamarme y no lo hacian,al final terminaba llamandolos al dia siguiente para que me informaran o me enviaran los papeles requeridos.No volvere a utilizar esta firma de abogados nunca mas.

He took the time to speak with me about this kind of documentation, various outcomes, and ways to increase the guarantee of transfer of ownership. His pricing was upfront and I appreciated his time to walk me through so many scenarios without the pressure of hiring. Although I did not hire him for the lease to own (we decided to simply sell our townhouse), I hired him to do our real estate closing. Communication was direct and detailed.
