I have had an Unfortunate experience June 2017! It was a foolish act of responsibly on my part and blessed enough, I had to pay a price but thank God there was nothing severe within the act and lastly, the experience and help from Jack O’Donnell got me through my ordeal with results of a good lesson learnt and satisfaction. I've known Don Cretella 2005, He represented me in a Federal matter, I remember the Person I was back then ...I remember first meeting him and having no sense of trust for him, As Don was court appointed to Me..I remember telling Don that I refuse to assist the government in the case..Don counseled me on what the outcome could be if I did not consider the option of assistance..I again refused and told him that is not up to discussing there is no way I'll assist the FBI.. Don looked eye and said ok' then I'm here to go all the way you want to go with this..That impressed me that he did not prompt me further to asist the FBI , he never once counseled me to consider a plea bargain .. He quickly aligned himself in my attitude my beliefs and represented me in the course of action I wanted to take..Since then we become Friends and Even done business on occasion , his firm has also assisted with a legal matter for one of my Sons..Zingaro & Cretella have earned my respect fully and if there ever is another matter that I need legal representation I know , Don will be the the 1st call I make Everytime...
