My experience with Trantolo & Trantolo has been a very good one. First as a delivery driver who was treated with kindness and generosity and now as a defendant. First I found there office by delivering them food, asked about the business got some info left with a smile and big tip. Knowing that if I ever got into an injury that I would be left in good hands. Who woulda thought it I get hit by a car few months later angry and annoyed I knew where to go. I then walked into their office and was immediately recognized and greeted with a warm welcome. Making me feel safe about the next following steps. I then explained the debacle I was in, a hit and run, lady had no insurance, didn't want me to call the cops, then tried to convince pedestrians to side with her and that I was making up the whole thing. Losing my patience I called the cops because things were getting ridiculous. They then decided to take off, I managed to take a picture of their license plate before they left hunched over in pain suffering from whip lash. Later to know they were fake plates told by the officer handling my case. I asked what does that mean and they said case closed. Furious I didn't want it to end there, there was more needed to be done just needed to find out how. So I sat and thank and remembered a place and explained them (trantolo) the situation I was in, my information was taken in and I left. Not even an hour I got a call who I found out to be the lawyer handling my case and she went straight to work. She tracked down that the plates and figured out that they belong to random car dealership. They could've belong to some random person who bought a car there or someone who stole it from there. The case went to cold since we couldn't find the people that wrecked my car. Meaning that we couldn't persecute them for their crimes or make them pay for my car since I had liability insurance. Luckily my laywer found a way around it asking me if I have personal injury inquiry on my insurance. I had no idea, nor had any idea on how to find out. Thankfully she helped me inquire the information through my insurance app since I'm bad with technology, and apparently I do. Once she knew that she went too straight to work doing all the boring stuff I would hate to do. Getting in contact with my insurance, the ambulance report, my doctor visits, the medicine prescribed, my physical therapy records, all of the above with great urgency. Even helping with a personal case of me getting robbed from my co-worker. After that was done I just waited for my check hopefully expecting 3-5 grand aside from Laywer fees but things were glim possibly getting less because insurances tend to low ball with payments so they was no guarantee on how much I was getting. But boi did she under promise and over deliver convincing them to give them to cough up a lump some of money 17 grand over all and just my take was 11 thousand dollars which I was ecstatic for since my car broke down recently. So yeah I'm satisfied and 100 percent recommend to anyone they have great communication and satisfying results plus are admirable people. : )
