Edited based on firm's response: Called this firm over two weeks ago for legal advice. Was asked to fill out an "intake form" so they could decide which lawyer to route the request to, and that someone would get back to me in 2-3 days. Nothing was said to me at the time about the office being closed for 12 days over the holidays. Still no contact after the holidays and no response to voice messages. The voicemail recording said nothing about the office being closed for the holidays; if it did, I wouldn't be leaving this review. I understand about staff needing a break - and it doesn't change the fact this firm needs to be better at communicating with potential clients. Still very poor customer service.
