Eileen was very personable and helpful when dealing with the refinance of a family home, owned for generations. Eileen was empathetic to the sensitivities surrounding such relationships. Yet remained true to her role as a neutral 3rd party. She performed all necessary functions completely and promptly. All information was accurate and thorough. (Title search, etc.). Because I had worked with her years prior, with a similar situation, she had an excellent recollection of our situation. We plan to use her for our future closing. Eileen has excellent knowledge of the law; her responsibilities; and an outstanding professional demeanor. It was a pleasure to work with her.
