Had our Skype closing with Joshua and all went professional and without an issue. He was even right there were two pens, however one rolled under my desk. lol

Josh was awesome! He was professional, timely, courteous and even funny, which you don't get with a lot of lawyers. What made our experience even better was the fact that we were closing on our house right at the start of the pandemic!! He made sure everything went through without a hitch and even brought us wrapped & disinfected pens to the closing. I recommend Josh to anyone looking to buy a house.

Rob is a rare gem in the legal field. He is honest and sincere, and truly cares about the wellbeing of his clients. What should of been a simple real estate transaction became more complex when the owner of the property I was purchasing passed away. Joshua was the perfect attorney to help me with this transaction.
