I was in the process of selling my house. I found attorney Joshua Gilman through the internet and decided to give it a try. Joshua has delivered more than I expected. In the two month period, we were sending nearly a hundred emails. I always got response in minutes, as early as 6:30am in the morning, as late as 9:00pm at night. Joshua represented us for the sale of one house and the purchase of another. I would highly recommend him. He kept us up to date on all aspects of both transactions. He answered all of our questions and was always quick to respond. He had to drive a significant distance to attend both of our closings but was willing to come to us for both transactions. I purchased a bank owned foreclosure home with Joshua and he made it a breeze. Joshua is upfront, honest, highly efficient & intelligent, and offers a great value. If you need a white shoe law firm with fancy offices and a lot of hand holding he may not be your guy. But if you want fast, efficient, trustworthy service at a more than fair price I don’t think you’ll find better. He was my kind of lawyer.

I highly recommend Joshua for any closing or real estate transaction. Joshua managed all aspects of the closing including communicating with and coordinating all parties for the final closing.
