I cannot recommend Attorney Saraceni highly enough! Over the past six years, I have had the privilege of working with him on family custody matters and navigating false criminal accusations, and I am consistently impressed by his dedication, expertise, and compassion. Unfortunately I continue to hear nothing but negative things about this attorney. Warning do NOT I repeat do not use this attorney. I know of two people who have used him and with both of his clients he has not delivered on anything he stated he was going to do. I am only writing this review because two of my family members have already been Bamboozled by him. He likes to take people’s money and give them the run around. This man is out here scamming folks out of their hard earned money. He needs to do better because people are trusting him and time again he continues to let people down with no remorse.

My husband and I have been represented by Attorney Saraceni numerous times. He has always been professional, competent, and thorough. He's very knowledgeable in the law and we have always been confident in his representation. Attorney Saraceni is prompt in returning calls when we have questions about our case and he can be relied on to attend all scheduled meetings. We would highly recommend James Saraceni as an attorney.

HORRIBLE. RUN WHILE YOU CAN. If you want to lose a legal case this is your guy. Extremely unprofessional, unorganized, and not competent in legal knowledge. He will lose your paperwork, documentation, and lose track of court dates. Not sure how he passed the bar. Avoid at all cost.

If you want to lose a case, money, and legal remedy to any legal situation this is your guy. Run and find a competent and suitable attorney as soon as you can.. My personal experience was horrible and I would not recommend. Overall piss poor legal service. He will miss every court date, deadline, and your files and paperwork will always be missing. Unorganized and unprofessional. He also lies about his legal competency. You've been warned!

I have been represented by Atty. James Saraceni for the last two years and my experience with his work could not have been more positive. At all stages of my case, Atty. Saraceni was honest, thorough, insightful, and most importantly, did not treat me as “just another case.” It was really important for me to be represented by someone who understood the law but could also connect with me on a personal level. I was supposed to do 3 years for multiple felony assaults on paramedics and police, accompanied with a 3rd DUI, when I called Jim, he listened to me. Took his time to review every piece of paper from A to Z. He was always at court, always looking out. After a few tactics Jim used, the was able to change from judges which would be prejudice about my crimes. He actually got me 4 months!!! No assault felonies. And the best thing was he was great w the price. It was worth every dollar given to Mr Saraceni. If you don’t go with Jim, you’re going down!!

Unfortunately I had a very negative experience working with attorney Saraceni. He failed to deliver what he was “confident” he would accomplish for me, which led to me having to hire new counsel. Furthermore, attorney Saraceni has not shared a copy of my files with me, or my current attorney even after my numerous requests. I do not typically share negative experiences publicly however, I felt this was necessary to share in order to help others.
