I hired attorney Cartier years ago what an awesome job he did. Kept me informed at all times. Had some bad injuries on job he got me everything I needed to keep me afloat. I was out of work for several months. Great person. Thank you Me Cartier.

I hired him on the request of my children for modification of custody. When the other party wouldn’t come to the table, it went to trial. Attorney Cartier was thorough in questioning myself to set the foundation of the case. When cross examining witnesses for the other party, he hung on every word and was able to use their testimony to support my case. I would highly recommend him for legal needs and will use him again in the future if ever a need arises

Mr. Cartier did a great job as my attorney when I was rear-ended on the highway a couple of years ago. He handled everything from the insurance and medical bills to my deposition. He reached out to me several times over the course of my physical therapy. On two occasions, the other insurance company offered to "settle" but Mr. Cartier advised me appropriately, he even reviewed the medical record with me on more than one occasion to ensure it was complete. Was not too happy with the outcome. After I settled my case I found out he did not claim the most serious of my injuries which I'm still suffering with several years later. Had he claimed these injuries I would have the monies to handle the co-pay to have them fixed correctly. I found him to be unprofessional when speaking with him as well.

I was a client of Mr. Cartier for a lawsuit concerning my business. He was knowledgeable when it came to Native Peoples Law but no only was he knowledgeable, he and his staff were making sure that they kept me abreast of new developments throughout the long litigation. There were times when I felt like the process didn't move along fast enough but I learned that the process takes much more time than I was aware. It was my first lawsuit so I would have been lost if it had not been for Mr. Cartier and his staff. They understood that a small business had limited resources. They tried to be mindful of that. Back in 2009 I hired Mr. Cartier to fight for jurisdiction to have my divorce and custody case in CT. My husband at the time and kids were in Louisiana for 3 months temporarily while we had lived in CT for the past 4 years! My husband had the better lawyer who somehow was able to get Louisiana jurisdiction for my case! I have spoken to other lawyers since and they all tell me that should have NEVER happened. The younger lawyer he was working with, I forget his name now, seemed to be more knowledgeable and was helping me. It has taken me years to fix the damage him losing jurisdiction cost me but I am well on my way, no thanks to him. Do NOT use this lawyer. Read reviews before hiring a lawyer that could change the course of your life!!!
