We hired Lisa after our realtor recommended her... 2 months later and our home insurance and taxes were never paid by her office (we provided this money at closing) . As a result our home is no longer insured and we are in the process of shopping for new insurance and have interest that has been tacked on to our town property taxes. We would have been happy with the service if she at least followed through and reached out to us but she has done nothing... We really hope that we won't need to report her to the CT Bar Association as this is really suspicious behavior.

Lisa guided us through a very difficult real estate transaction. She skillfully brought everyone back to the table and negotiated an agreement after one of the parties backed-out. She's highly responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Lisa helped us buy our first home. Throughout the twisted path that is the process of buying a home, she was - time and again - always on the ball. When we needed efficient, quick action, she came through for us with flying colors. She worked into the night to file paperwork to meet deadlines. She called us with timely updates, explaining legalese in English where needed. She was meticulous and attentive to detail and reassuring in her advice. We often commented between ourselves how pleased we were with her services. We would unhesitatingly recommend Lisa Roberts, and if we were to buy another home in time - use her services again.

Lisa was amazing! I have several friends who were purchasing homes at the same time as me and they had such a hard time with their lawyers & I felt so fortunate that I had Lisa. She and her paralegal always made themselves available to me; they worked around my schedule and made me feel so comfortable. Buying a home can be a stressful process but it is made so much easier when you trust that your attorney is knowledgeable and has your best interests in mind throughout the process. I have and will continue to recommend Lisa to my friends and family.
