Bob has helped the officers maneuver through a difficult situation where one party has threatened to sue our LLC. Without his sound advice we would have floundered for a much longer time. He reviewed several of the documents involved and made excellent suggestions. He's personable, easy to work with, and very responsive.

Bob helped me manage a very difficult and contentious divorce many years ago. The issues included valuation of the marriage's interests in securities and operating companies. After the divorce Bob helped me manage the financial assets and operating company assets I received in the settlement.
