I received a speeding ticket that I felt was extremely unfair. I Looked up traffic Lawyers in My area and found Attorney Howard in Rockville. I went in to speak with him the next day, and I’m glad I did. Very professional, accommodating, and helpful. Definitely will be back again if necessary. Anyone looking for a traffic lawyer, this is definitely your guy.

I would highly recommend Attorney Howard to anyone who is in need of services , he is effective and personable. He is not like other attorneys who are all about the "MONEY". His fees are reasonable and customer services is outstanding. Rather your an in state resident or out of state resident, you can trust him to defend your case with determination.

Don is a great and humble person. I found him when I was looking for an attorney in Connecticut for a speeding ticket I received and he assured me he can dismiss it. He always got back to me when I text him for updates and was able to dismiss my ticket in court in matters of weeks. Don is a GREAT attorney who provides an amazing level of service to the people that need it the most, the everyday Moms/Dads just trying to get through the day w/o forgetting the kids at daycare or leaving kids in the bath until they shrivel up like giant prunes; laughter aside, Attorney Don Howard is a genuine professional who is always too eager to step out onto the front lines of the Justice System and go to war for you. Attorney Howard is great he provides traffic help to avoid license suspensions and insurance rates increasing. The cost of his service saves you in the long run and beats going to traffic court and do not have to pay tickets for many months. Would use him again hopefully do not need to though

A few months ago I called attorney Howard about two citations I got from a state trooper in CT after dump truck rolled back into my semi truck whilst sitting in traffic. I called 911 and ended up getting these two citations. After I hired Attorney Howard and paid my legal fee, that was it. He immediately took the case on and the results was excellent. All citations dismissed. He is the attorney I will call at 3 AM to handle my case.

I would like to start off saying I usually don’t do this as far as writing reviews.But in this case the word has to be spread & Every single one of the 5 stars I gave attorney Donald E. Howard was well earned I’m a CDL Hazmat Tanker Driver That got a citation for failure to drive at a reasonable distance. Statue / ordinance 14-240 (d) (1) which was the result of an rear end accident in Connecticut I’m from Massachusetts So I did my research and found Attorney Howard and all his great reviews and called him spoke to him over the phone explain my situation he told my what he could do for me told me his retainer fee I agreed to retain his service and must say from the Excellent results I got he is worth every cent long story short the man is god sent got my case dismissed without me ever stepping foot in a court room I can’t say enough if any has doubts don’t this man is the real deal thanks again Attorney Howard!!! I have used Attorney Howard multiple times for myself and my daughter over past years. Yes my daughter for a minor and then a major possible suspension of license on her behalf before she was 18. I hold police officers and what they do daily in high regards being former military. I have always tried to pass that along to my daughter who has never been in trouble and holds a honorable GPA. None of this mattered as none of this was mentioned while Attorney Howard presented and fought our cases at any time. He just does what he does best , fights hard and wins!
