As a first time home buyer, I cannot recommend Keith Shaw any higher. As a first time buyer you’ll have tons of questions and want to be assured through the entire process. Keith and his team do a great job of keeping you informed and answering all the questions that you are GOING to have. Whether your transaction is straightforward or a bit more complex, they make easy work of it and take all of the guess work out of it. Extremely friendly staff and even better service. I got referred to Attorney Shaw’s office through my bank for a home purchase. I have worked with Attorney Shaw’s team twice in 2021. This is my first property purchase in US and to top that I did not have a broker, being an immigrant I had limited understanding of the legal requirements. Attorney Shaw and his team was fabulous to work with - extremely accommodating, precise and professional. They helped me at every step of the process and explained the nuances of each clause. Attorney Shaw especially was extremely professional, helped and guided the documentation of the initial offer papers as well as helped me in the process to accommodate other changes which cropped up, needing to add special clauses in the contract. And ensured closure on the sell timely and accurately. In another instance he supported me in recovery of an initial deposit that the prospective seller was not willing to refund. His prompt action and exchange with the other attorney firm was at point and ensured complete refund of the money . A thorough gentleman and true professional. Atty Keith Shaw and Donna, his paralegal, represented us for multiple real estate closings over the years. They were thorough, enjoyable to work with (and we're talking about real estate transactions here!) and efficient for each of those closings.
