In the chaos and sea of emotions that divorce can bring Attorney Ginzberg is a calm, reasonable voice. Jeff Ginzberg recently helped me through a difficult and complicated divorce. He was always attentive and understood that maintaining a safe consistent environment for the children was my priority. Attorney Ginzberg returned calls and emails in a timely manner, was extremely knowledgeable and I could tell from our many conversations was not only a great lawyer but a good person as well. I hope I never need a divorce attorney again :) but if I did, Jeff would be my guy. He's a compassionate person with deep expertise. You'll be in good hands if you work with him. I was appreciative that he never tried to make my uncontested, amicable case more complicated than it needed to be, but he made sure we understood at every stage what our rights were and what we were giving up if we waived them. (Kids make a CT divorce somewhat complicated no matter what.) He collaborated with me in creating unique custody and financial agreements my now former spouse and I are both happy with, that are as fair as any of us could make them. And with the former spouse & I both being absentminded professors, we were also glad Jeff and his partner Kristi kept the ball rolling when we kept dropping it. They made sure we reached our goal of being divorced before the end of the year, which means our tax savings will cover much of the cost of the divorce. I would highly recommend Attorney Ginzberg for any custody or family issues. He was outstanding throughout my interaction with him. My case was very complex and highly contested. He was engaged, passionate, and extremely detailed orientated. His knowledge of each tiny detail of the law is second to none. Throughout my entire case he never lost sight of the big picture. Jeff had represented my doctor in his divorce which included a contentious custody battle and high net worth.
