I would highly recommend Jeff forte and his team. We used him with when our son was not getting the services that he needed at his school and we had nowhere else to turn. He was able to get our son out placed to the school of our choice. He was on every meeting with the district and because he was there he was able to accomplish what we could not. His monthly calls were informative and a great time to update him on how things were going in case the district tried to get something by us. Without Jeff and his team, we would not be in the position we’re in now. Because of Jeff our son is thriving and we never thought we’d be in this position. I would 100% recommend using him!!

Jeff has been just what we needed for our son. The school has been fairly good, but I didn’t realize how much I didn’t know about special education and ensuring that my son has what he needs to grow and succeed in school. Honestly, bring Jeff onto the team as an advocate has made a huge difference to my son; his progress and success in school would t be where it is today without Jeff and his team tirelessly advocating for him. Seriously, the modest fees we pay are worth every penny.

I am so happy we reached out to attorney Forte many years ago. We just had the most amazing PPT revision meeting with the school, and it is so drastically different than before we had him on team. Jeff will talk to very frankly about situations, and has you be a part of the decision making process. He is not only an invaluable part of our team, but has become a knowledgeable confidant and friend. A few years ago there was a situation where I called after hours, and Jeff returned my call immediately. He gave us options, and we formulated a plan together. When he collaborates with the school, he is tough when necessary, but knows when to push as well as ease off to get what’s best for our son in the end. If you are hesitating on making that phone call, don’t. My Sony’s IEP went from almost having seclusion and restraint included in it, to now having my son be a part of his meetings and asking his perspective. Our son now attends all of his classes, excels academically, participates in orchestra, and has a nice friend group. We are so pleased with the results. Many thanks to Jeff and his team.

We have been working with Jeff for 4 years, from when my daughter was in Kindergarten until now (3rd grade). He has helped turn her program around and improve her goals and objectives in all areas. My daughter has Down Syndrome with significant speech and cognitive delays. We are grateful for Jeff's services.

My experience with lawyer Forte was terrible! I hire him to assist me obtaining the IEP for my son. When I sign the contract he said he will take care of everything, even though I had started the process three years earlier. My account was being withdrawn diligently every month. However i did not hear from him for three months. Then finally I got a text message saying “ Happy Holidays, the school is probably about to finish with the assessment” I asked him which assessment ? I never received any paperwork. He then call me right away he did not know no assessment was ever started and could not justify his mistake. It took him one year to finally get the IEP the last day of school. At the PPT meeting he was not even able to establish the correct diagnosis in the paper work. At the end I feel he only care about the money. I end up hiring a parent advocate to correct his mistakes and help me implementing the IEP He didn’t even apologize for his mistake if I have to do all over again I will not hire him.
