Attorney Cerami demonstrated a commendable willingness to listen, diligently asserted my position, and actively tried to pursue a favorable outcome. However, there were lapses in consistent communication regarding representation updates, motions entered, and fees exceeding $200 per retainer, which could be improved upon by the WWB office.
