My wife and i were in need of some estate planning (Power of Attorney and living will) services and knowing of Hassett & George, since we live in Simsbury, decided to arrange a meeting. We met with Rebecca Vincente who provided courteous and comprehensive explanations of the various services/documents available. We decided to limit our selections to our original plan plus HIPPA declarations. We were very satisfied with Rebecca's completeness in reviewing our requirements and her friendly and cordial presence not to mention the competent and friendly support from her legal assistant and her office receptionist. All in all we recommend Rebecca and her team for your legal needs.

We worked with Rebecca to do some estate planning for my 90’s year old mother. Of course she was amazingly knowledgeable giving us such valuable guidance. In addition she and her staff were warm, kind, and patient as she helped us navigate a very complicated process. Her organization and ability to break down the tasks into reasonable steps was so essential. I plan on going back to her for my planning as well. I would recommend her without reservation.

Attorney David Markowitz, who helped us successfully through the sale of our optometric practice, is one of the most competent, compassionate, hard-nosed when necessary, and sage-like professionals I have ever worked with. Run don’t walk to Hassett & George for expert legal advice, wise counsel, and effective action. We cannot praise Lou George and his team enough for their warm and professional services. Navigating the process with Probate Court, even for the simplest of Estates, is challenging at best. The Court is not there to provide legal advice, or even coach in some circumstances. Turning to Hassett & George was a prudent, responsible option. I was given the leeway to get involved in the process to the degree I felt most comfortable with. Rebecca Vincente and the Staff provided me the coaching, advise and any one on one counseling I needed to ease the frustration from the Estate process.
