Mr Parks has been my lawyer since 2017. We had issues with a company that redid our home after a house fire. I told my grandmother not to give them the last payment because the house wasn't finished and in terrible shape. When they finished the work, then they would've gotten paid. They didn't. They were calling her and harassing her every day and trying to take advantage of an elderly person. They put a mechanics lean on her property. Mr. Parks took care of it right away. Fast forward to now, and those liens are still on the property. I called Mr. Parks and he had it resolved within 2 weeks. I just want everyone to know he's an extremely professional man who does care. Don't wait and procrastinate when you have issues like this come up. Call Mr. Parks right away, and he will see what he can do for you. The more procrastination, the worse you'll end up. Trust me, I know from experience. Thank you, Mr. Parks! You're a pretty amazing guy and really down to earth, but a pit bull when I need one. If needed, we'll be doing business with you again!

If it were possible to leave a 0 star rating I would. This attorney is an unreasonable, unethical, unprofessional crook. He not only does not know how to write a professional check but he will write a check intentionally INCORRECTLY just so you can not cash the check. He is unwilling to work with people. He is unruly and obstinate. He will not correct mistakes made by HIS office and will effectively hold your funds hostage. I would not use this attorney under ANY circumstance. I can not think of ANY function he would be capable to complete. I would trust my eight year old more with legal answers than Mr. Park.

We went to Attorney Parks for preparation of our wills, living wills, and POA. A process that seemed daunting at first was really simplified through the use of a questionnaire to get our information as well as follow up questions and tips on typical pitfalls. Once the documents were complete he was willing to spend as much time reviewing with us and answering questions as we needed and was very thorough in his review. I highly recommend this office!
