My case seemed simple at first. I believed I owned my condo and that it was in a Grantors Trust with my brother as Trustee. I wanted to do a reverse mortgage. Turned out we had to dissolve the Trust and that was was very complicated indeed. Amy was awesome. She was creative, persistent, pro-active and diligent throughout the course of the very long year it took for this extremely difficult transaction to take place. I personally nearly gave up more than once. To add insult to injury , we closed during the beginnings of the Pandemic and through the entire process Amy was a true professional.
