Mr. Lou Martocchio was quite gracious and patiently informative regarding the concerns we presented. He offered arrays of alternatives with their positive and negative possibilities. In each instance he gave examples of his personal dispositive observations. He clearly stated his personal professional opinions that may be considered in our evaluations of the options before us. We found his professional expertise to be illuminating.

We were referred to Jeff by a family friend after being in a car accident out of state on our way home from vacation. This was our first time being in an accident where injuries were present and we didn’t know what to expect or even where to start. During our first meeting with Jeff he guided us in the right direction, clearly laid out the process and set a clear expectation. We faced many hurdles during the process including navigating out of state laws and a difficult adjuster but Jeff quickly overcame any obstacle thrown his way and was able to resolve our case within a few months of our last treatment date.
