Mr. Troyb worked with my wife and me on a recent home purchase. It was not a particularly difficult purchase, but a significant number of issues that arose. Alex helped us through the entire process of selling our condo. What was supposed to be a straightforward and simple closing became more complicated due to specific situations with our condo board and mortgage situation.
