Peter and his office were always available for any questions in our case. It was a time before COVID and rebounding after COVID. We were fortunate to finally settle and Peter and office staff did a great job for us.

When we became frustrated with the slow process, which dragged on for years (partly due to being in the midst of Covid), he always listened patiently to our concerns, responded in a way we understood, and never pressured us one way or the other - decisions were always, in the end, left up to us (although he clearly gave us his own recommendations). He and Kim were "our team", and we knew we could always contact them if we had questions or issues. We are relieved that this chapter is behind us, and would certainly recommend Peter to anyone needing this type of assistance.
