Seth was very helpful in closing the sale of our coop, which turned out to be full of “hiccups” here and there. He was calm and resourceful in dealing with all the issues and got it done in a way that required the least amount of actions from us. Throughout the process he was responsive and professional. It was great working with him. Highly recommended!

Their website says they handle landlord and tenant matters.But apparently that's not true I called and they said no they dont handle that, but if you google it they come up near the top of the list .
