We recently used Kaiser & Collier to close on our house. Tim, Peter, and Kevin were all fantastic. It’s a family practice and you get that family feel working with them. They are professional and work hard for you! We had some hiccups at the end of our closing which delayed us by 12 hours. Kaiser & Collier stayed in the office late that night to make sure things were resolved for us by the next day so we could close on our house. They made our closing process so much easier even with the issues we had with the seller side. We were able to close and we go things resolved at the end of the day. I’ve used lawyers in the past and this practice is beyond the best group I’ve worked with. They are fast and get the job done. I am so satisfied I will continue to use them for other means as things come up!
