I suffered an injury on the job and had to leave my place of employment due to the inability to fulfill the physical needs of my work tasks. Initially, I was provided with physical therapy, but, ultimately, I needed surgery. I was met with resistance when I asked for further care; Attorney Nicholas was recommended to me. A kind reminder to all who travel this path: it can be long and difficult. Your outcome is also based on your attitude, energy, and how committed you are to listening and working along with your legal and medical team. There are days that will be difficult and frustrating. It will be worth it. I did receive the help I needed to get through the approved surgery, rehabilitation, as well as the ability to access vocational rehabilitation. What an outstanding benefit! A genuine thank-you to Paulina, Dana, Peter, and Attorney Nicholas for their attention to my case, and a positively redirected life.

I had no idea what I was doing before. I talked to attorney Nicholas about my workers compensation case... And workers comp took 2 weeks to approve an MRI and with one call it was approved the next day with attorney Nicholas's help... They went above and beyond and though I may have been annoying at times they never let it show...
