Jeff Nicholas is a very good experienced lawyer who also cares about his clients. He responds to all my emails in a timely manner and even responds after hours. I came to this office and I met cindy she looked at my child disability case and she said its easy to take care of that case she said I will have the attorney look at it tomorrow, now it's been 2 weeks and I called them 4 times left a message many times and never call back I think it's not nice to treat customers like that and I know she will never call back I guess she doesn't deserve more than one star for customer service
